It's nomination season for Austin Gives and we are excited that our media partners have been putting the spotlight on the corporate philanthropy initiative of the Chamber and the awards that celebrate businesses that make giving back a part of their business.

Bobby Jenkins will be appearing in TV ads (like the one above) airing on local CBS Austin stations encouraging nominations for Austin Gives Awards.

Austin Gives is a voluntary program with no cost to the participants. We encourage all businesses who donate 1% or more of their profits to philanthropy (includes monetary donations, donated product or service, or volunteering) to become a member of Austin Gives. Members are provided a badge to use on your company website and social media.

The Austin Gives Awards focuses on celebrating businesses that are making a difference in our community. Awards nominees and winners will be celebrated at the Austin Gives Awards event in October.

Bobby also went on Inside Austin to talk about Austin Gives and the awards along with the Austin Chamber. You can hear the podcast below.
