Care.com HomePay

There is always some sort of cultural event going on at Care.com HomePay. Pizza parties, volleyball games, queso cook-offs, Office Olympics, and elaborate offsite summer and holiday parties. One of the company's favorite events is called "Third Thursday" which happens every 3rd Thursday of the month when a different department is given a budget to throw a party for the rest of the company. The company is also in a cool building with windows all around and views of downtown. The office is decorated with art painted by staff members. Food trucks come park at the building every day and the company is within walking distance to the Greenbelt, Zilker Park, and downtown restaurants. There is even a game room with Nintendo, foosball, and a basketball hoop arcade game. Plus beer (and non-alcoholic drink) fridges in every department!

Part of the company's mission statement is to treat its employees exceptionally well and in turn they will treat customers the same.
