As the demand for a qualified workforce increases, we need more up-skilled talent with industry certificates and postsecondary degrees to power our economy.

On Tuesday, November 10th we were joined by business, education, and community leaders to recognize regional progress on developing future talent across public and higher education. We also featured ways to align all levels of education and workforce needs to improve student preparation for college and for the 21st century workplace.

In this program, we explored the ways we can shrink opportunity gaps, deepen our regional talent pool to help power companies’ growth, and build a more inclusive economy.
