ECR’s Property Management Division Gains More and More Traction
ECR Management has added another notable Downtown building to its clientele. With 800 Brazos now under its belt, the division has taken its seat as a major industry player in the hustle of Austin’s Central Business District. Now operating from ECR’s newly-added second office location at 6th and Congress, the goal-based ECR Management team continues to take forward steps.
Since its inception, the division has seen a growth of 1,500% in managed properties, 800% in client base, and 1,228% in managed square feet. These numbers are expected to increase even more before the year is over.
Commercial Water Conservation Workshop, Sept 25.
Austin Water and the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) will hold a free water conservation technical workshop on September 25, 2015, for industrial, commercial and institutional customers on water saving measures, technologies and rebate programs. The meeting will be held at LCRA’s Red Bud Center, 3601 Lake Austin Blvd. from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Downtown Austin Alliance is accepting proposals from qualified firms to provide daily cleaning, maintenance, beautification, safety, and hospitality services for the Austin Downtown Public Improvement District. LIVESTRONG Austin Challenge gears up for 19th year!
The 19th annual Team LIVESTRONG Austin Challenge and Ride For The Roses takes place October 18th at the Palmer Event Center at Riverside Drive and South 1st Street. With over 140 teams and 1400 riders already registered, this year's Challenge is poised to be one of the best yet.
The Austin Challenge is LIVESTRONG's biggest fundraiser. Proceeds go towards funding free cancer services like LIVESTRONG at the YMCA - a free 12 week fitness program for cancer patients and survivors - and LIVESTRONG's Fertility Program.
