Cypress Semi Bldg

Cypress closed this facility in Round Rock in late 2008. The space is 99K SF with 40K SF of clean room space. Some have speculated the facility could be re-purposed for solar cell production (Cypress did produce this for a brief period here) or possibly as a medical device or pharmaceutical production facility. The facility is also near several new college and university campuses.
