City of Austin Small Business Development Program	Free startup orientations, free technical assistance with business plans and marketing plans, and free assistance with credit review, financial technical assistance and loan packaging, and low cost business education, through the BizAid Program. A Business Solutions Center offers free access to technology, procurement opportunities, demographic and market research, business publications and assistance from a professional staff. SBDP offers to help small business owners find the right help they need and also offers training, technical assistance and networking events to educate entrepreneurs in business topics. SCORE	SCORE "counselors to America's Small Business" is a nonprofit association dedicated to providing entrepreneurs with free, confidential face-to-face and email business counseling.	(512) 928-2425
Small Business Development Center	Tax and record keeping training, and business consulting. Management and technical assistance directed toward the development of a business plan. Can assist with loan package requests and makes referrals. The Center is partially funded under cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration and many services are at no cost.
