Verde Springbrook Corporate Center is Pflugerville's first large scale commercial development. Eventually encompassing 9 buildings on 63 acres, this 1 million square foot development will be built for flex, warehouse or light industrial uses. The buildings are located right off the recently completed SH-45 and SH-130, near the NAFTA corridor I-35 and Austin's MoPac (Loop 1).
