Four Points Centre is a 333-acre master planned project near Lake Travis in the northwest suburbs of Austin. Set in a hill country campus environment, this site will have over 1.1 M SF of class A office and R&D space. The buildings will use U.S. Green Building Council guidelines (LEED certified) and the property includes an approximately 182-acre habitat preserve. Pedestrian trails will link each building and connect office buildings to existing and future retail.
