This Class A office building will be the first phase of several in a master-planned live-work-play community in North Austin, an area already vibrant and known to many as Austin's tech corridor. The site is located near several Austin icons, including the IBM campus and UT's JJ Pickle Research campus. Austin's commuter rail will provide transportation in the area come 2008. Two major highway arterials pass within a mile of the site today. This office building should deliver in early 2009 (January).
