The Walnut Creek Corporate Center is a large distribution hub near the intersection of US 290 and US 183 and Interstate 35. Prologis has a strong presence here with numerous distribution and warehouse buildings. Numbers 20 and 21 are being built this year and offer some 112K SF, but there exists some 141K SF in four other existing buildings in the park.
