Longaro & Clarke, Inc. provides consulting engineering and planning services to real estate developers, industries, municipalities, and other public/private agencies on major mixed-use land development while maintaining an Austin-friendly attitude. L&C has a thorough knowledge of the design and permitting procedures required to prepare and process developments through the various governmental agencies involved in the permitting/approval process.      

Longaro & Clarke, Inc. was formed in 1994 as a partnership between Joseph Longaro, P.E. (President) and Alex G. Clarke, P.E. (Vice-President) specializing in Civil Engineering in Austin and the surrounding areas. Currently, L&C's staff consists of three Registered Professional Engineers, four Engineer-in-Training, six CADD staff, and three project and administrative staff assistants with occasional contract CADD labor. At this time, L&C uses MicroStation Software, but also has the capability to use AutoCAD.
