Group Solutions was founded in Austin in 1992 as the Robena Jackson Agency, a wholly owned subsidiary of RJW Operation, Inc. and incorporated in Texas in 1999. Group Solutions is a Central Texas based public involvement and communications strategy firm. Company team members have been involved in successful public outreach activities for the public and private sector in Austin and Central Texas and along the I-35 corridor, from Laredo to Fort Worth facilitating hundreds of meetings and workshops in diverse project partnering, long-range planning, public works, and National Environmental Protection Agency related projects. The Group Solutions team has developed collaborative working relationships with diverse populations, community leaders, elected officials, and media outlets in all of these areas. Team members have produced, printed and distributed four-color newsletters, managed citizen advisory groups, created presentation materials, developed web sites, organized and facilitated community open houses and workshops, and prepared support materials to inform and educate stakeholders. The firm’s business strategy – to inform, engage, facilitate and problem solve – flows from its commitment to produce results and build strong communities.
