Espey Consultants, Inc. (EC) is an environmental and engineering consulting firm with offices in Austin (corporate headquarters), Houston, and the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Our firm is composed of an outstanding staff with many years of experience in providing environmental, civil engineering, and planning services to clients throughout the state of Texas as well as nationally and internationally.

Our staff has extensive planning, project management and engineering experience to successfully complete a broad range of complex projects in five primary lines of service: land development, water resources, municipal, environmental, and planning. EC has performed projects for various municipal, state and federal agencies, regional water authorities, as well as a wide range of commercial, manufacturing, and industrial clients. Management and engineering responsibilities include all phases of field investigation, feasibility studies, technology investigation, technology evaluation, process selection, conceptual and final detailed design, and construction management implementation. EC is intimately familiar with applicable local, state and federal regulations.
